Guide Coat - Black (16oz s/c)

GUIDE COAT is designed to give the autobody refinish technician a visual guide to a smooth surface when sanding most primer surfaces and body fillers.  38203 helps detect low spots, sand scratches or other minor imperfections in the repair.

Handling and Application

PREPARATION: Complete repair per manufacturer’s instructions.

MIXING: Agitate thoroughly! Shake can vigorously for one minute after mixing ball rattles to

ensure color uniformity and to prevent clogging. For best results, use only when can temperature is approximately 70°F (21°C).

APPLICATION: Apply a light “mist” coat over the area. Sand until 38203 can no longer be seen.

NOTE: If clogging develops, remove spray button with a twisting motion and clean with material compliant with VOC regulations in your area. Do not stick pin or other object into can. Gently replace spray button with top of can and spray button pointed away from you.

NOTE: After each use, turn can upside down and spray several seconds to clear spray tip.

STORAGE: 38203 GUIDE COAT should be stored in a cool dry place with adequate ventilation away from heat, sparks and flames. The shelf life for 38203 is 3 years when stored under normal conditions.
